Account details (first and last name, email, phone), company details, delivery and billing addresses, order, quote and invoice history, on-site stock declarations.

Purposes

Managing business accounts, processing orders and quotes, delivery, invoicing, consumption tracking and customer service.

Data is never sold or transferred to third parties. It is only shared with the providers the service needs (hosting, delivery).

Retention

Account data is kept while the account is active; commercial and accounting documents are kept for the period required by law.

Cookies

The portal only uses technical cookies it needs to work (sign-in session, cart, language preference). No advertising cookies are used.
