Terms of sale
Last updated: October 2026 · The French version prevails.
1. Scope
These terms apply to orders placed by business customers with WEDO Distribution Services through the portal. Specific terms agreed with a customer (negotiated prices, discounts, payment terms) take precedence over these terms.
2. Business account
The portal is reserved for businesses. Every account is verified by WEDO before online ordering is enabled; WEDO may refuse or suspend an account.
The customer is responsible for keeping its credentials confidential and for orders placed by the users attached to its company.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in Tunisian dinars (TND), excluding VAT. VAT at the applicable rate (19%) and the stamp duty are added and appear on the invoice.
Delivery fees are shown at checkout (standard or express delivery) and invoiced excluding VAT, VAT added.
4. Orders and quotes
An order placed on the portal is sent to WEDO as a quote (DV). It becomes firm once WEDO validates it, confirming availability, prices and lead times.
A quote issued by WEDO becomes an order as soon as the customer accepts it from their account.
5. Delivery
Deliveries are made to the address given by the customer. Lead times and areas are stated on the quote and are indicative.
The customer checks the goods on receipt and reports any issue (missing or damaged items) on the delivery note and to WEDO as soon as possible.
6. Invoicing and payment
An invoice is issued once the order is validated; it is available as a PDF in the customer account.
Payment is made on invoice, under the terms agreed with the customer.
7. Returns
Any return or exchange request is sent to WEDO (info@wedodistribution.tn) and requires prior approval.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls under the competent courts of Tunis.
